This two day training course enables consultants, OD practitioners change agents and human resource managers to implement internal organisational strategies based on the Motto Model and Survey results. With this accreditation participants become registered users of the Motto Survey tool. Through this interactive course Accreditated Facilitators will learn how to analyse survey results, as well as present and explain interpretations of findings. They will be able to set-up the survey process and liaise confidently with clients.
