Dr Mariheca Otto
Director
B.Com (Hons: Industrial Psychology and Sociology), HED, M.Com and PhD in Business Management


Dr Mariheca Otto is the face behind the Motto brand.

She has delivered papers at conferences such as the ICCM, hosted by the Industrial Psychology Department of Stellenbosch University, and the South African Institute of Management Scientists' (SAIMS) annual conferences. Her research is not only published in academic publications, but also in newspaper articles. She has lecturing experience.

She also has consulting and management experience in local government and various service industries. Staff related issues is her chosen field of expertise because she believes this is an organisation's number one tool to increase staff performance which generally results in increased profits.

Dr Mariheca Otto concentrates on her current clients, and market Motto Business Consulting to large corporate organisations. She also focuses on ongoing research and development.


Erika Botha
B. Bus. Comm., B.A.Hons (Bus. Soc), MBA, qualified Assessor (U.K.)
Erika utilizes her international management and consultancy experience and qualifications towards a holistic approach to management practice. She is passionate about making organizations more effective, innovative and creative and specialises in Management and Organisational development.

Michelle Middleton
BA, BA (Hons), MA (Psychology), currently working towards a PhD
Michelle is a Consulting Psychologist with 16 years of experience in facilitating organizational change as well as organization and leadership development interventions. Her specialty is Change Management and she utilizes a systemic approach to all her work.

Lizé Botha
BA Social Science, Psychology (Hons), Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology
Trained as a counseling psychologist, Lizé Botha specialises in training and facilitation, assessments and career consulting. She is passionate about leadership development as this entails unleashing untapped potential and increasing organizational health and effectiveness.

Cathy van Niekerk
BSoc Sc, HDPM, a Masters degree in Management and an Advanced Diploma in Labour Law
Cathy, an expert in the field of human resources and labour law, was a senior executive in the investment banking industry for many years before starting to consult privately. She has lectured in Strategic Human Resources and is currently involved with business coaching and facilitation of team interventions, primarily within corporates. She also runs a sports management company.

Caroline Malherbe
Master's Degree in Research Psychology
Caroline heads up her own business which provides skills training, recruitment and consultancy services. She has experience in the fields of learning and development, human resource management, recruitment, change management and succession planning. Caroline is passionate about the potential of individuals and companies.

Johan de Jager
Post graduate diploma after qualifying as a teacher. Management Development as well as the Advanced Executive Programme
Johan spent a third of his career in the human capital development field, a third in sales and marketing and a third at senior executive/ general manager/ director level. Johan is an accredited coach and is assisting in training workplace coaches through an internationally recognized and accredited coach training organization.

Our directors and other consultants fulfill the role of relationship managers and/ or facilitators. Relationship managers build a relationship with the potential and current clients and make sure that they are satisfied and updated on the services and products we have to offer. Facilitators work with management and teams in the form of informative workshops, participation groups and forums and structured training courses.
